Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Manage job postings and ensure consistent employer branding.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process with HR and hiring departments.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics,
including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Skills Required
- Master s degree in human resources.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
- Proficient in recruitment tools and job portals.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services industry
