Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager – After Sales (Mining Segment)

Location: Kolkata

Reporting to: Assistant General Manager

Experience: 6–14 years

Qualification: BE- Electrical/ Electronics or relevant

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow aftermarket business across the Energy segment.
- Drive year-on-year growth through AMC, refurbishment, value-added services, training and spare parts.
- Generate aftermarket business while maintaining a margin of more than 60%.
- Drive order booking, sales funnel, win ratio and installed-base potential.
- Generate enquiries and develop current customers.
- Identify business opportunities, prospect customers and achieve sales targets.
- Manage payment collections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop aftermarket business across East India.




- Focus on new customer additions and expansion of existing business.
- Proactively manage sales activities and P&L; to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong aftermarket sales and business development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Good market and customer knowledge.
- Well-organised and self-driven.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to proactively manage sales business and P&L.;
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage.
