Duties and Responsibilities Key Deliverables:

- Support field through trouble shooting on system.
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
- Monthly hold clearance.
- Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
- Coordinate with Sales and ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
- Liaison with functional team - Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gap.
