Role Description The Deputy Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada, responsible for supporting the overall strategic and operational direction of Esse India. This role involves working closely with the CEO to define long-term business goals, oversee key functions such as finance, operations, and sales, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and service standards. The Deputy CEO will manage cross-functional teams, monitor performance against targets, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Daily activities include reviewing financial reports, guiding business planning activities, supporting strategic partnerships, and providing leadership in decision-making.



The role also requires mentoring senior managers, representing the organization in high-level stakeholder interactions, and driving initiatives that strengthen Esse India’s market presence in immigration consulting.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Finance and Business Planning, with the ability to interpret financial data and contribute to sustainable growth strategies.
- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Sales and client relationship management, with experience in growing business revenue and expanding market reach.
- Proven capability in Strategic Planning, including setting organizational priorities, managing risk, and executing long-term initiatives.
- Relevant leadership experience at a senior management level, ideally within skilled services, consulting, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Understanding of immigration or legal services sectors is beneficial, though not mandatory.
