Today, Deltafour® is building a Connected Safety Intelligence Platform for large manufacturing and process industries, with 170+ plants, 35+ sites and 60,000+ active users already using the platform.

We are looking for a hands-on Deployment Engineer who enjoys travelling, working at industrial sites, learning new things and solving problems on the ground.

This is a field execution role, where you will work as part of the deployment team to implement Deltafour®'s technology at customer sites and ensure users are able to successfully adopt the platform.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Deployment Lead, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to execute deployments at customer plants.

Your role will involve site visits, data collection, configuration, testing, user training, go-live support and issue resolution.

You will be on the ground with customers, understanding how their plant operates and helping translate their existing processes into Deltafour®'s digital platform.

What You'll Do

- Travel to customer plants and support on-ground deployment activities.
- Understand customer processes and collect the information required for configuration.
- Support configuration of workflows, forms, users, assets and other system requirements.




- Collect and validate asset, equipment and isolation-point information from the plant.
- Work with customer EHS, Operations, Maintenance and IT teams during implementation.
- Support UAT, testing and system validation.
- Conduct user training for EHS teams, supervisors and shopfloor users.
- Provide on-ground support during go-live.
- Identify and report product/configuration issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Support post-go-live adoption and user onboarding.
- Maintain deployment trackers, checklists and customer documentation.
- Work closely with the Deployment Lead and leadership team to ensure smooth execution.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering.
- 0 to 3 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/process industries.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment, processes or engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of LOTO, PTW, EHS or industrial safety is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and basic documentation tools.

Language Requirements

Hindi: Mandatory

English: Mandatory, good spoken communication required

Regional languages are an advantage.
