We are looking for a TDM Mainframe Expert with extensive experience in Mainframe systems, Test Data Management, Data Masking, Data Privatization and Delphix. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise across DB2 z/OS, VSAM, JCL, COBOL and mainframe datasets, combined with Delphix masking, GenRocket synthetic data generation and enterprise-scale TDM delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mainframe data privatization and masking using Delphix across DB2 z/OS, VSAM, PS and GDG datasets
- Design and implement custom Delphix masking algorithms and profiling rules for mainframe and legacy data structures
- Manage PII masking across large application portfolios and multiple non-production environments
- Design and implement GenRocket synthetic data generation from POC through production
- Build data subsetting models while maintaining referential integrity across integrated upstream/downstream systems
- Lead end-to-end TDM and data privatization initiatives for enterprise and regulated-industry applications
- Drive transition from assisted test data support to self-service TDM models
- Tune mainframe batch jobs and Delphix masking processes to support large-scale and parallel processing
- Conduct TDM assessments, identify data gaps and recommend appropriate tools and solutions
- Support Delphix TDM platform operations including health checks, vulnerability remediation, patching and capacity planning
- Work with distributed teams and business stakeholders across onsite/offshore and hub-and-spoke delivery models
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Mainframe TDM, masking and test data management
