Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support sales processes, including chance management, territory planning, and sales automation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and customizations

- Configure and optimize opportunity management workflows, territory models, and forecast management features to maximize sales team effectiveness

- Develop custom solutions using Salesforce declarative tools and, where necessary, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems using Boomi platform

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce Sales Cloud modules and integrations

- Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user adoption and system performance

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices in Salesforce and Boomi development and deployment

- Document system designs, configurations, customizations, and integration flows,



and deliver user training and support as needed.

- Sales automation processes and tools in Salesforce

- Forecast management setup and optimization

- Apex programming and Visualforce development

- Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components

- Salesforce data modeling and security controls

- Integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs

- Boomi integration platform development and deployment

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets or Salesforce DX.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in implementing CPQ solutions on Salesforce

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies

- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange solutions relevant to Sales Cloud

- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, or Boomi

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant credential

- Boomi Professional Certification.
