Job Responsibilities

- Handle pickup and delivery of clothes and other customer orders safely and on time.
- Coordinate with customers for pickup and delivery timings.
- Maintain proper care of clothes and ensure orders are delivered without damage or loss.
- Assist with tagging, sorting, packing and organising clothes at the store.
- Assist the team with laundry, ironing, dry cleaning and other store operations.
- Help with shoe cleaning, carpet/curtain cleaning and other services as required.
- Keep the store, equipment and work area clean and organised.
- Support the store manager and other staff in day-to-day operations.
- Handle basic customer interactions professionally and politely.
- Be flexible to perform different duties whenever required, especially during staff absence or busy hours.
- Follow UClean’s standard operating procedures and maintain discipline and punctuality.

Requirements




- Valid 2-wheeler and driving licence.
- Good knowledge of local areas in and around Kurukshetra.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Polite and skilled behaviour with customers.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn laundry, dry cleaning, ironing and other store operations.
- Previous experience in delivery, laundry, retail or customer service will be an advantage.
