Delivery Manager – Recruitment & Team Handling

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to manage recruitment delivery, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, RPO, or talent consultancy, along with proven team management and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and hiring requirements

Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring priorities

Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open positions

Monitor the pipeline from sourcing through interview, offer, and joining

Drive closures while maintaining candidate quality and turnaround time

Handle high-volume as well as niche hiring requirements

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment consultants

Allocate requirements based on skills, experience, and workload

Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets





Track individual and team performance against defined KPIs

Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action plans

Motivate the team to achieve sourcing, interview, selection, and closure targets

Client Management

Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on requirements and priorities

Maintain robust and professional client relationships

Participate in client calls and requirement discussions

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, and closures

Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure a positive client experience

Track market availability, salary trends, and candidate expectations

Recruitment Operations

Maintain and review recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports

Monitor metrics: submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, TAT, closures

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Ensure proper and timely use of ATS and recruitment databases

Maintain data accuracy and process compliance

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly and quarterly recruitment closures

Team productivity and target achievement

Submission-to-interview ratio

Interview-to-selection ratio
