- Vehicle Preparation &
- Inspection:

Coordinate with the workshop and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure vehicles are washed, polished, fueled, and completely operational.

- Documentation &

- Compliance:

Verify all financial, billing, insurance, and vehicle registration (RTO) paperwork before the handover.

- Accessory &

- Add-on Management:

Ensure all requested aftermarket accessories or custom fittings are properly installed.

- Logistics &

- Stock Coordination:

Coordinate with stockyard executives and drivers for timely vehicle transit, FASTag activation, and number plate ordering.

- Customer Handover &

- Orientation:

Welcome the customer, explain key vehicle features, warranties, and controls, and introduce them to service department staff.

- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date daily delivery schedules, vehicle registers, and handover logs.
