We are looking for a dynamic and creative Manager – Decor Sales & Event Planning to lead our decor business, from client acquisition and sales to concept development and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage decor sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Develop decor concepts, themes and proposals for weddings, social events and corporate functions.
- Prepare quotations, packages and coordinate negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators and internal banquet teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely setup, quality standards and presentation of decor at events.
- Identify opportunities to upsell decor packages and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and event partners.

- Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in hotel, banquet, wedding decor, event planning or related industry.
- Strong sales, communication and client-handling skills.
- Creative approach with good understanding of event decor and trends.
- Robust planning, coordination and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
