Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

Work Mode: Work From Office / In Person

Key Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.

Handle mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.

Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Assist the Sous Chef / Head Chef during daily kitchen operations.

Guide and supervise Commis Chefs when required.

Ensure proper food storage and minimize food wastage.

Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.

Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Experience in handling wok, sauces, noodles, rice, and other Chinese preparations.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.

Immediate joiners preferred.
