Role Summary

Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI/ML-driven solutions within the renewable energy domain. Mentor a team focused on predictive modeling, optimization, and digital product development for energy systems.

What Youll Do

- Build predictive maintenance models using sensor/SCADA data
- Develop optimization algorithms for renewable asset performance
- Engineer domain-specific features from large SCADA and O&M; datasets
- Evaluate data quality and collaborate with engineering teams
- Contribute to digital product development, including dashboards and AI-enabled O&M; tools
- Build reusable models, APIs, and pipelines for cloud integration
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
- Translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Support R&D; initiatives on energy efficiency and decarbonization
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations
- Communicate findings via reports, presentations, and data stories




- Lead and mentor the data science team

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Gen AI / Agentic AI
- Strong proficiency in Machine Learning and Statistics, including supervised/unsupervised algorithms and models like LSTM, ARIMA
- Advanced Python programming skills and familiarity with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with CI/CD automation for data pipelines
- Solid experience in Cloud (AWS), especially AWS S3
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (ADF, Databricks, Snowflake pipelines)
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and data lifecycle management
- Experience in developing visualizations with Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries
- Proven ability to mentor and lead data science teams
