Data Scientist We are looking for 2 Data Scientists to support a Hyper Personalization Transformation project with a leading Indian bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive modelling solutions - Build customer segmentation and propensity models - Analyse customer behaviour and transaction data to drive personalized experiences - Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop data driven solutions - Support NBO/NBA and contextual decisioning use cases where applicable - At least one resource should have hands on experience developing GenAI prototypes or applications Must Have:
- 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning - Robust Python and SQL skills - Experience in customer segmentation and predictive modelling - Experience in banking, financial services, or customer analytics is preferred - GenAI prototype/application development experience for at least one candidate - Exposure to NBO/NBA, propensity modelling, or contextual bandits is advantageous - Immediate availability preferred. Candidates with a short notice period will also be considered - Willingness to work 100% onsite in Mumbai
