Role Description The Data Entry Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in South Mumbai. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, inventory, and customer data in company systems and spreadsheets. Daily tasks include verifying information from purchase orders and invoices, organizing records, generating basic reports, and supporting the administrative team with documentation and filing.

Operator will also respond to internal queries regarding data, coordinate with sales and customer service staff to resolve discrepancies,



and follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Typing skills and attention to detail for accurate and timely data entry.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry software, and email tools.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance abilities, such as organizing records, managing documentation, and supporting office workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clarify data-related issues.
- Candidates should possess basic Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers or vendors when needed.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer applications or office administration is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Mumbai, manage routine tasks with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, manufacturing, or store operations is preferred but not mandatory.
