- Maintain machine-wise and batch-wise production records.

- Enter QC/Lab reports and test results received from the QC/Lab Team.

- Maintain batch-wise product and quality records.

- Ensure that technical/QC data is entered exactly as provided by the authorized departmeRole & responsibilities

Dispatch &

- Logistics Data

- Update dispatch details on a daily basis.

- Enter invoice, LR/transport, quantity, batch and customer details.

- Maintain dispatch status and pending dispatch records.

- Coordinate with Dispatch for missing information.

G. MIS &

- Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as instructed.

- Maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards.

- Generate data reports whenever required by management.

- Keep all trackers updated and properly organized.





- Provide accurate information to concerned departments and management.

- Verification

- Check entered data for spelling, numerical and formatting errors.

- Cross-check key information before final submission.

- Immediately report discrepancies to the concerned department.

- Do not modify technical, financial or QC information without authorization.

- Maintain proper records for future reference and audit purposes.

- Filing

- Maintain soft and hard copies of relevant records.

- Organize files department-wise, date-wise and document-wise.

- Ensure easy retrieval of old records.

- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer and business information.
