Role : Data Entry Executive

Location: Ahmedabad ,Nehrunagar

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, upload, and update travel packages in the company system accurately.
- Upload complete package details including itinerary, destination, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, meals, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and terms & conditions.
- Create and maintain current domestic and international travel packages in the system.
- Update existing packages whenever there are changes in pricing, hotels, itinerary, sightseeing, transportation, or inclusions.
- Verify all package details before uploading them into the system.
- Coordinate with the Package, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to collect accurate package information.




- Maintain package-related data in Excel and internal systems.
- Check for errors, missing information, or discrepancies in packages uploaded to the system.
- Ensure all packages are uploaded and updated within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of active, updated, and discontinued travel packages.
- Assist the team in updating destination-wise and package-wise information in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, supplier, and package pricing information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
