Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Pinot and real-time/low-latency analytics.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven data pipelines.
- Extensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong programming experience in Python for data engineering and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and data warehousing.
- Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and scalable data pipelines.
- Experience designing high-volume, distributed, and real-time data processing systems.
- Strong understanding of data engineering best practices, performance optimization, and data quality.
- Experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage data engineering teams and end-to-end data initiatives.




- Design and implement scalable data architecture for batch and real-time workloads.
- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines using Kafka and Apache Pinot.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions using the AWS ecosystem.
- Drive data warehousing solutions using Amazon Redshift.
- Use Python for data processing, automation, and engineering workflows.
- Define technical standards for data pipelines, architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the data engineering function.
