About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our technology team working on Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) solutions for clinical trials.

The candidate will be responsible for developing data pipelines, data processing components, APIs, dashboards, and web applications that support clinical study risk assessment, monitoring, analytics, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have a good combination of data engineering, backend/full-stack development, SQL, and clinical/RBQM domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes for clinical trial and RBQM data.
- Integrate data from multiple sources such as EDC, CTMS, eTMF, safety systems, laboratory systems, and other clinical data sources.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and aggregation.
- Develop APIs and backend services for RBQM applications.
- Build and maintain web-based dashboards and analytical interfaces.
- Support development of RBQM capabilities such as:
- Study Risk Assessment
- Site Risk Assessment
- Subject Risk Assessment
- KRI / QTL monitoring
- Threshold breach monitoring
- Risk trends and analytics
- Signal detection and alerts
- High-risk study/site dashboards
- Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Work with business analysts,



clinical/RBQM SMEs, and product teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Optimize database queries and application performance.
- Participate in application testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation for data pipelines, APIs, database structures, and application components.

Required Technical Skills

Data Engineering

- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Good understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Experience with Python and/or other data-processing technologies.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration.

Full Stack Development

- Experience with backend development using Python / Node.js / Java / .NET.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

Cloud / DevOps – Good to Have

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with cloud databases/storage and deployment environments.
- Basic understanding of Git, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is desirable.





RBQM / Clinical Domain Knowledge Candidates with experience in Clinical Research / Clinical Trials / RBQM / RACT / Centralized Monitoring / Risk Management will be preferred.

Knowledge of the following concepts will be an advantage:

- Critical Data / Critical Processes
- Study and Site Risk Assessment

- Clinical Trial data and operational data

Experience with RBQM platforms or clinical technology products will be a strong advantage.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of relevant software/data engineering experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, and data processing.
- Ability to work across both data engineering and application development.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and independently translate them into technical solutions.
- Exposure to regulated environments or life-sciences applications is desirable.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 0–15 days are strongly preferred.

Candidates with 2–4 years of experience + RBQM/Clinical domain exposure + strong SQL/Python + Full Stack/API development experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹381,757.12 - ₹1,638,592.78 per year
