CentricaSoft is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions supporting enterprise analytics and AI/ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for enterprise data integration.
- Build and maintain solutions for Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and analytical workloads.
- Design efficient data models to support analytics and business intelligence requirements.
- Work with large datasets using Python, PySpark, and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and performance across data platforms.
- Support data analytics requirements, including data querying, reporting, dashboards, and BI use cases.
- Contribute to automation, documentation, data governance, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a closely related area.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, transformations, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT and data integration;
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
- Robust understanding of Data Engineering and Data Modelling concepts.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native data services is preferred.
- Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and data quality best practices.
- Exceptional Communication (Mandatory): Top-tier verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must.

Candidates must hold at least one recognized Data Engineering certification, preferably related to Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
