Role Description The Data Analytics Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training programs in data analytics and related technologies to learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive lectures and hands-on sessions, guiding learners through projects and assignments, and assessing performance through tests and practical evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with the training team to update curriculum based on current industry practices, provide mentoring and feedback to learners, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandsaur, requiring regular presence at the training center and active engagement with learners and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, especially in data analytics tools, databases, and basic programming concepts.

- Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills for delivering structured lessons, workshops, and practical labs.

- Candidates should possess Software Development skills to demonstrate real-world applications, workflows, and project-based learning.

- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, visualization tools), and familiarity with industry use cases is highly beneficial.

- Solid communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities, with a learner-focused approach.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in IT or analytics, and comfort working in an on-site educational environment.
