Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and support ongoing projects and increasing business requirements. The role will involve analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, automating repetitive processes, and generating actionable insights to support business and project decisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with data analysis tools, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Build automated reporting and data-processing solutions using Google Apps Script and other relevant tools.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Use Python for basic data analysis, automation, and data manipulation where required.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting processes and automate manual workflows.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights for ongoing business and project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and analytical outputs while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Document analytical processes, reporting methodologies, and automation workflows.

Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
- Google Sheets: Advanced formulas, data management, dashboards, and reporting.
- Google Apps Script: Automation of reporting and repetitive data-processing tasks.
- SQL: Strong understanding of queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and data extraction.
- BI Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
- Python: Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, validation, reporting, and visualization.
