We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Fresher to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Support business teams with data-driven reports and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.
- Document data processes and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or data analytics concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
