About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Data Analyst with over 4 years of core data analytics experience and a proven track record of delivering tangible business impact. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business funnels, conversion drop-offs, and revenue diagnostic techniques. This role involves more than just reporting numbers; it requires a deep dive into our sales and marketing funnels to diagnose performance issues, work closely with cross-functional leaders, and develop insights that directly influence revenue growth and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that support our company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on business impact.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions, including XLOOKUP, QUERY, and complex formulas.




- Strong SQL querying skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience in tracking and optimizing key business metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rates, and Customer Retention.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently translate business needs into effective data solutions.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Processing: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Reporting &
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key business metrics.
- Data Analysis &
- Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; generate actionable insights to optimize sales, marketing, and operational performance.
- KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on critical KPIs to measure business health and progress toward strategic goals.
- Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance,



and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Automation &
- Optimization of Reports: Streamline reporting processes through automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Data Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
