Role Description The Data Analyst intern will support data-driven initiatives that help optimize products and services for small enterprises and training programs. This on-site internship role is based in Namakkal and involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from internal systems and project activities. The intern will assist in performing basic data analysis, generating reports, and creating visualizations to inform decision-making and performance tracking.

Responsibilities include working with team members to interpret data trends,



preparing clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders, and contributing to the improvement of digital solutions through analytical insights. The role also involves documenting methods and findings to support ongoing learning and better data practices within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Statistics for interpreting data and validating findings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling to structure and represent data effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and basic data visualization tools is beneficial.
- Exposure to programming or query languages (such as Python, R, or SQL) for data analysis is an advantage.
