Role Description This is a full-time, in office Data Analyst role based in Kochi.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and interpret data from various business functions such as marketing, product, operations, and customer support. The role involves building dashboards and reports, performing statistical and trend analysis, and generating insights that support product development, customer experience, and growth strategies.

Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical problems, present findings in a clear and actionable format, and recommend data-driven improvements. The position also includes responsibility for maintaining data quality, supporting experiments and A/B tests,



and contributing to the overall data culture at FemiSafe.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to derive insights and support decision making.
- Proficiency in statistics for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Ability to design and work with data models that support reporting, dashboards, and scalable analytics.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in D2C, consumer products, or e-commerce analytics is a plus.
