GWON Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst to collect, organize, clean, analyze, and maintain company data. The candidate will prepare reports, track KPIs, identify trends, and provide accurate information to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and maintain company data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
- Maintain accurate and updated records.
- Check data for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
- Prepare Excel reports, charts, and dashboards.
- Track KPIs and department performance.
- Analyze customer, property, marketing, and operational data.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Master in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant skills are welcome.




- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and data cleaning.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information.

Preferred

- Certification in Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Business Analytics.
- Experience in MIS, reporting, CRM, business analysis, property management, or real estate data is an advantage.
