Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, developing dashboards, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with business, product, finance, operations, and technology teams.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data-analysis processes where possible.




- Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 2–8 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Excel and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
- Knowledge of data visualization and statistical analysis.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Python/R is an advantage.

Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
- Domain experience in [Finance/Healthcare/E-commerce/Operations/etc.].

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
