Job Summary:-

ARC Technologies & Institutions, an IT EdTech organization focused on technology training, skill development, and industry-oriented projects, is looking for a Data Science and Data Analyst with strong expertise in Data Analytics, Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging technical training, conducting practical sessions, bootcamps, revision sessions, assessments, and project-based learning activities, while also contributing to data analytics and industry-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Student Engagement

- Conduct engaging and interactive regular training classes on Data Analytics, Data Science, Python, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Machine Learning.
- Conduct technical bootcamps, workshops, practice sessions, revision sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and interview preparation sessions.
- Design and deliver hands-on learning activities using real-world datasets, projects, case studies, and industry use cases.
- Engage students through discussions, demonstrations, assignments, coding exercises, practical tasks, and project-based learning.
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, practical evaluations, and skill-based assessments to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Mentor students during their academic and industry-oriented projects.
- Support students with technical interview preparation and practical problem-solving.
- Maintain an engaging classroom environment and ensure effective participation from learners.




- Adapt training methodologies according to different student skill levels.

Data Analytics & Project Responsibilities

- Analyze, interpret, and visualize structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), and validation.
- Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world business and analytical problems.
- Develop, test, and evaluate predictive models.
- Work with Python libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn.
- Prepare MIS, analytical, and management reports.
- Work on industry-oriented projects and convert data into meaningful business insights.
- Utilize Generative AI, AI tools, and Prompt Engineering to enhance training, analytics, and productivity.

Training Content & Internal Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials, presentations, assignments, practice exercises, and project content.
- Assist in planning training schedules, bootcamps, revision modules, and assessment activities.
- Collaborate with the internal academic and placement teams to align training with industry requirements.




- Keep training content updated with current industry practices, tools, technologies, and job requirements.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and trainer development activities.
- Maintain student performance records and provide regular feedback to the concerned team.

Educational Qualification:-

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Good understanding of Data Analytics and Data Science concepts.
- Strong classroom training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Hands-on experience with real-world datasets, academic projects, or industry projects.
- Ability to conduct classes, bootcamps, practice sessions, revision sessions, assessments, and project-based training.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and engaging with students.
- Ability to work effectively with students from beginner to advanced skill levels.
- Candidates with relevant industry, training, project, or teaching experience are preferred.
