About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Technical Leader – Cybersecurity to lead our cybersecurity engineering and delivery teams. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, managing cybersecurity projects, reviewing technical deliverables, supporting clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of security solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on cybersecurity experience along with the ability to lead teams, manage technical projects, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor cybersecurity engineers, analysts, consultants, and other technical team members.
- Provide technical direction for cybersecurity projects and client engagements.
- Design, review, and implement cybersecurity solutions based on client requirements.
- Oversee security assessments, VAPT, network security, cloud security, SOC, SIEM, incident response, and other cybersecurity services, depending on business requirements.
- Review technical reports, assessment findings, security configurations, and project deliverables.
- Handle technical escalations and troubleshoot complex cybersecurity issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support the presales and sales teams with technical discussions, solution design, presentations, and client meetings.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain technical processes, standards, and documentation.




- Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations, tools, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security standards, policies, and organizational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Proven experience in technical leadership or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and security architecture.
- Experience in one or more areas such as:
- VAPT / Penetration Testing
- SOC & SIEM
- Network Security
- Cloud Security
- Endpoint Security
- Incident Response
- Vulnerability Management
- Security Architecture
- Application Security
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience managing technical projects and client engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

Preferred Certifications

One or more of the following certifications would be an advantage:

- CISSP
- CEH
- OSCP
- CISM
- CompTIA Security
- CCNA/CCNP Security
- Cloud security certifications such as AWS/Azure security certifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
