Sales Representative – US Process (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Based incentives

About the Role

We are looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team for a US-based sales process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and working towards clear sales targets. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential customers across the US.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build rapport with customers and oconfidently handle sales conversations.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

* Good spoken English and solid communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working night shifts according to US time zones.




- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in US sales, international sales, cold calling, or an international process is preferred but not mandatory.
