Centre for Eye is looking for a Customer Support Representative / Patient Care Executive to manage patient calls, appointments, enquiries, and day-to-day customer support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling patients over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
- Manage and schedule OPD and doctor appointments.
- Handle patient enquiries related to consultations, appointments, procedures, timings, and services.
- Provide accurate information to patients and guide them appropriately.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled consultations.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, counsellors, and hospital teams when required.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and appointments.
- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Provide a positive and professional patient experience.




- Manage customer/patient communication through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate – both can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Should be confident and comfortable handling multiple patient calls.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Previous experience in hospital, healthcare, clinic, call centre, customer care, front office, or appointment management will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Polite, patient, and professional while speaking with patients.
- Valuable at understanding patient requirements.
- Able to handle calls efficiently and manage appointments accurately.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare/hospital environment.
