We are hiring Customer Service Executives for leading International Voice Processes in Bangalore.
Job Details
Process: International Voice / Blended Process
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process, International Sales, Client Servicing, or Customer Support
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Shift: US Shift / Rotational Shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must currently reside in Bangalore
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
- Willingness to work in rotational,or US shifts
- Robust customer service and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through calls and provide effective resolutions
- Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
- Build positive customer relationships through empathy and active listening
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Conduct research and follow up on customer issues when required
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
