We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process with a leading ITES/BPO company in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

This is a outstanding opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in Customer Service, International BPO, and Voice Process.

Eligibility

- Graduate freshers can apply
- Only 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches
- Good English communication skills
- Good customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to work from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Not Eligible: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy, LLB and LLM candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls




- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet assigned quality and performance standards
