We are hiring for US Healthcare Voice Process positions across Noida, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur. Candidates with strong international voice-process experience and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle US Healthcare Voice Process calls professionally.
- Communicate effectively with US customers through voice interactions.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Handle customer concerns, objections, and escalations professionally.
- Follow defined call-handling procedures, SOPs, and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and healthcare-related information.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.
- Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Adapt to process updates and changing business requirements.
- Maintain professional communication throughout every call.
- Achieve assigned individual and team performance expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle voice calls only for the US Healthcare Process.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear and qualified communication.
- Understand and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Follow all process, quality,
and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records after customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain strong call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced international voice-process environment.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with US Voice / International Voice / Healthcare Voice / International BPO experience are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust verbal communication, fluency, pronunciation, and active listening skills.
- C1-level communication proficiency preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with US customers.
- Good comprehension and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willing to work from office.
- UG / Graduate / PG candidates can apply.
- Positive basic computer knowledge.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Candidates from Pan-India can apply.
