Role Description The Customer Support Executive role at House Construct is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will respond to customer inquiries, provide guidance on project-related information, and address concerns through phone, email, and in-person interactions. The position involves managing support tickets, documenting issues, coordinating with technical and project teams for timely resolution, and ensuring consistent follow-up with clients.

The Customer Support

Executive will monitor customer feedback, support online communication channels, and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and supporting the team in refining customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to manage feedback and digital communication channels.
- Ability to provide Technical Support related to construction services, products, or processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort interacting with clients on-site, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles; experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service.
