Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to products listed and sold on various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, providing accurate product information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Resolve queries related to products, orders, delivery, returns, replacements, and product usage.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products available on e-commerce platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable product information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, and E-commerce teams for customer-related issues.
- Follow up on pending complaints, returns, replacements, and delivery issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer queries and resolutions.




- Prepare basic customer support reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written – are required.
- Valuable Hindi communication skills.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand product details and explain them clearly to customers.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is confident, well-spoken, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers in English. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
