- We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our UK-based process. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and update records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution

Requirements
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills

Preferred Profile

- Experience in voice or blended process (BPO preferred)
- Confident and professional communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
