Role 1: Technical Customer Service Associate

Location : Chennai Perungalathur

Eligibility : 0 to 2 years of experience.

Qualification : Intermediate (10+2)

Freshers with excellent communication skills in english language are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for smart home and technical devices.
- Assist customers with device setup, account-related queries, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and device configuration.
- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

- Good English communication skills in english language.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Freshers/current college students with good communication skills can also be considered as per eligibility.
- Candidates with technical support experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, internet, and technical troubleshooting.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Customer Support Associate International Voice Process

Location : Chennai Perungalathur

Eligibility : 0 to 2 years of experience.

Qualification : Intermediate (10+2)

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound international voice calls.
- Provide accurate and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and meet quality and productivity targets.

Skills Required:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Freshers/current college students with good communication skills can also be considered as per eligibility
- Valuable customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and Windows knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
