Requirements

- Freshers to 2 years of experience dealing with customers.
- Must have own laptop
- Willingness to work from the office at Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers)
- 6 days Work From Office: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Two daily office shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Salary

- ₹2–3 LPA (Annual CTC)

Role Overview The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth appointment coordination between patients and doctors. Ensure timely patient-doctor connections, minimize unused doctor slots, and provide a smooth appointment and rescheduling experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Call patients who have booked appointments and ensure they connect with the doctor on time.
- Follow up with patients in case of missed or delayed appointments.
- Regularly check doctors' available slots and work towards utilizing them efficiently.
- Review the RNR patient list and contact eligible patients for rescheduling on currently available slots.
- Share suitable available slots with patients who request rescheduling and assist them in booking a new appointment.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of patient status, follow-ups, rescheduling, and appointment outcomes in the database.
- Track pending cases and follow up until they are closed.
- Escalate any patient concerns or appointment-related issues to the concerned team when required.
