Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships to drive customer success, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing solutions using digital tools such as SAAS platforms.

- Develop and execute customized marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement among clients.

- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for optimization based on insights gained.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Adtech, Martech, Marketing Automation, Technology Marketing, Customer Life Cycle Management, Customer Focus, and Customer Experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent required; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication skills.
