About The Role Make clients succeed with our products — drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Compensation: ₹10 L – ₹24 L per year (CTC). Final offer depends on experience and interview performance.
What you'll do
- Own client onboarding, adoption, and renewals
- Be the voice of the customer to product and engineering
- Identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
