Customer Service Executive – Logistics

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, shipment coordination, tracking, and issue resolution. The candidate will coordinate closely with customers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, and queries related to shipments.
- Provide timely updates on pickup, delivery, shipment status, TAT, and POD.
- Coordinate with operations teams, vendors, and delivery teams for shipment-related issues.
- Follow up on delayed, pending, RTO, reattempt, and exception shipments.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate for POD collection and sharing with customers.
- Maintain daily shipment records and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly to the operations team.
- Monitor pending shipments and proactively update customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.




- Monthly Reviews with client.
- Support the team in day-to-day customer service and operational coordination.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- B2B customer service experience will be an added advantage.
