Experience Required: 1 year experience in customer service, chat support, or similar role preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online chat
- Provide information about products, order updates, and other customer-related questions
- Communicate with customers in a polite, clear, and professional manner
- Keep proper records of customer interactions and order details
- Assist customers with basic issues such as complaints, returns, or exchange requests
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer or mobile applications
- Patient, polite, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations or calls at the same time
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
