About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Associate to join our team. The role involves helping customers with their queries, resolving issues, and making sure they have a good experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
- Resolve complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow company processes and service guidelines.
- Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.

Skills Required:-

- Good communication and listening skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Patient and positive attitude.




- Ability to work well in a team.

Eligibility:-

- UG/ Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–2 years of customer support experience is preferred.
