We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, maintain client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

- Follow up with customers regarding services, feedback, and requirements.

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Generate reports on customer interactions and follow-up activities.

- Support sales and marketing activities when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
