Experience: 1–3+ Years in BPO Voice

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an international UK Voice Process. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and experience handling international customers.

Eligibility

- HSC / Graduate
- 1–3+ years of BPO Voice experience
- Excellent English communication
- International Voice experience preferred
- Versant Score: 58+
- Comfortable with rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate resolutions and information.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Achieve process and performance targets.




- Handle upselling opportunities when required.

Shift & Schedule

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- Work From Office
