Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service / Banking Process Executives for a full-time role in Thane. The position involves assisting customers with banking-related queries and completing assigned service processes according to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to the assigned banking process.
- Provide accurate and appropriate information to customers.
- Follow company processes, service standards, and operating guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and required process documentation.
- Escalate customer concerns or process-related issues when required.

- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.




- Customer-service orientation and a professional approach.
- Ability to follow processes and work within defined guidelines.
- Candidates meeting the required Versant communication standard may be preferred.

Compensation
- NAPS Role: Approximately ₹21,000 in-hand, subject to applicable terms and deductions.
- Regular Role: ₹22,000 CTC, with approximately ₹18,600 in-hand, subject to applicable deductions.

Actual salary and deductions will depend on the applicable employment terms.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Transport Facility Pick-up and drop transportation is available from Thane Station, subject to the applicable company route, schedule, and eligibility.

Transport support may also be available during the training period, subject to company policy.
