Role Description The Customer Service Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients and their customers. This role involves handling inbound inquiries through various channels, resolving issues, and providing clear, accurate information in a timely manner.

The consultant will document interactions, follow established procedures, and escalate complex concerns when necessary to ensure consistent service standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining service level expectations, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and communication.

- Experience in remote customer service or consulting, familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively are highly beneficial.
- A background in business support, contact centers, or service-oriented roles, and proficiency in common office and communication software, is an advantage.
