Job Details
- Position: Customer Support Executive

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
- Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Shift: Rotational Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, calls, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers
- Follow up with customers and ensure proper query resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Valuable English & Hindi communication skills
- Good typing and computer skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with customer support experience will be preferred
